Shipping policy

Order Finality

All orders are considered final once placed because our team works quickly to fulfill them. We do not accept order changes, edits, or cancellations after checkout (to the extent permitted by law).

Processing Times

  • Orders ship within 1 business day.

  • Same-day shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM PT (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

  • Carrier selection may vary based on destination, speed, and package weight.

  • Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.

Delivery Issues

  • Please confirm your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is marked Delivered but not received, check with the carrier and neighbors first. If still unresolved, contact us within 3 business days with your order number so we can assist.

  • Damaged-in-transit items: contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise.

  • Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

Non-Delivery & Returned Packages

  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts may incur reship fees.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
